Losing weight doesn’t have to be hard. We went ahead and put together a few simple habits to help you lose the weight and keep it off!

1) Focus on portions rather than calories. Eye ball everything. Stop getting wrapped up in weighing food or counting calories and points. That is simply not sustainable. Not to mention stressful. Eyeballing portions is much easier and much more sustainable.
2) Consider skipping breakfast. Most breakfast food is not good for you always. Inflated carbs and processed foods. Remember, breakfast means breaking your fast. Fasting is very beneficial.
3) One of the most overlooked weight loss tips. Drinking plenty of water. A good rule of thumb is half your body weight in ounces of water. Toxins are stored in fat tissue and when you burn fat you must flush out toxins. Absolutely critical!
4) Find your “why” and become absolutely obsessed with it. Hint, it can’t be vanity purposes! Dig down deep. Find out truly why you want to lose the weight. It’s usually based on how you feel.
